In 2024, Chef Lian Wu and designer Amal Al Khalifa joined forces to create a space where the elemental power of Asia's monsoon rains meets refined gastronomy. Every dish is a tribute to the ingredients that thrive after the deluge — fragrant herbs, plump seafood, and vibrant spices.
Our dining room, with its rippling copper ceiling and gentle water wall, evokes the sensation of dining in the heart of a warm summer storm. It’s dramatic. It’s intimate. It’s Monsoon.
